General
We are a pretty relaxed and friendly faction. There are no particular restrictions on the playing-style/freedom/choices of our members. We won't force you to do anything you do not wish to. However, we do ask our members to be respectful and friendly towards everyone else and especially to our faction mates. Please keep in mind that "Radiant" is over your head and your actions represent Radiant. If an officer believes or a member appeal that your behaver does not meet Radiant's respectful and friendly standard, a board of officers will meet and decide if the severity of the offense requires a warning. The next offense after the warning will result in banishment. Note that the offense will have to be pretty drastic to result in an official warning/banishment. For minor things, you'll receive a chill pill. ;D

Admission
The minimum level requirement for incoming members will be 40+ of any class.

Active Requirement
Being active is essential for getting to know your faction mates and building friendships amongst members. We understand that members have things in real life such as jobs and school. Therefore, we do not ask you to play every day or X hours a week. But players DO need to be somewhat active.

The active requirement for players vary depends on your level range.

30-50: 2 levels per week
51-60: 1 level per week
61-84: 1 level per 2 weeks
85: May stay the same level to farm Rebirth Gamma

There will be a level review every week. Members except for officers will be given titles to keep track of leveling progress. During the level review day, members who did not meet the active requirement according to their title, which will be their level at the previous review day, will get a "X" after their updated title, which is their current level. If the same members fail to meet the requirement the following week (or 2 weeks later for 61+ members), they will get a second "X" after their title. Members with 2 X's in their title on the next review day will be banished. X's will reset after a member meet a requirement.

Faction Chat
There are no particular restrictions for faction chat other than NO DRAMA. Please do not fight with a member in the faction chat. Use PM to work out your issues or open a chat room and invite an officer to help you guys to solve the conflict. That, or you could get a stack of teles and work it out over world chat ;D. Other than on drama, you are free to merchant, social chat, tell stories, joke around and etc. in the faction chat. But please use common sense on offensive or sensitive language/topic and keep "Respect" in mind.

Return to Faction
Players who are banished due to second offense may not come back into the faction. Players who were filtered dude to inactively may come back once. Players who left on their own are welcome to come back. However you will not be allowed to return if you leave for a second time. We agreed on this because the faction shouldn't be a place where people keep leaving and coming back as they wish. It's a matter of trust and loyalty.

Alts in Faction
One alt per player is allowed in the faction if we have room. However, they are subject to the same rules such as level and active requirement. If we were to run out of room in the faction, alts will be removed from the lowest level and up to make room for new members. :D

Drop Rules for TT and FB
For the mats dropped in a Twilight Temple run, the general etiquette is the picking system in which each squad member take turn and picking a mat they want to keep. The picking order is Tank->Cleric (By level if more than one and by BB user first if apply)->Venos by level->DDs by level. In this picking system, gold mats usually are sold and split instead of being allowed to picked. Or, they are bought by a party member who pays the party for the mat/s. Mirage Stones are split evenly after more are given to the person who provided the Ultimate Substance/s to cover their cost. Things to keep in mind if you are new to TT is that TT mats split will not always be exactly fair, and you will not get all the mats you need in one run. If you are not the tank or the cleric, you might not get any mat/s you need but other ones instead. You are welcomed to arrange different ways of splitting the loots with your party, but please remember that the run is not just for you and other players might need the same mats you need. So please do not ask if you can have all of _____.

Molds and 3 stars in FB always go to the tabber. As for the other items, that should be the tabbers choice to either share with the party or keep.
